“under” marks ACE’s lines, which exclude the boundary (“less than” or “greater than” a split), so a card exactly on the figure does not meet them.

NM-MT 8 needs under 70/30 front, under 75/25 back, against under 75/25 front, under 80/20 back for NM 7.
