“under” marks ACE’s lines, which exclude the boundary (“less than” or “greater than” a split), so a card exactly on the figure does not meet them.

Mint 9 needs under 65/35 front, under 70/30 back, against under 70/30 front, under 75/25 back for NM-MT 8.
