By using SlabbyPrep or subscribing you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, do not use SlabbyPrep.
Subscriptions are offered to customers in the United States (including its territories) only. Checkout requires a US billing address; a subscription taken out from elsewhere is cancelled and refunded. The free information pages can be read from anywhere.
A browser tool that measures a card’s centering from your photo, compares it with the centering lines grading services publish, and estimates what grading might be worth from sale prices you enter or look up and published fees.
Every number SlabbyPrep shows is an estimate. We guarantee nothing. We do not guarantee, and you agree we are not promising, any grade, any price, any fee, any turnaround time, any profit, or that any figure is current, complete or accurate. Grading companies decide grades at their sole discretion and change their standards and fees without notice. Market prices change constantly. Check the official sources and decide for yourself before you spend money. Nothing here is financial, investment or professional advice.
SlabbyPrep is a monthly subscription: $3/month, plus any tax we are required to collect, charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s pages under Stripe’s terms; we never see your card details. Stripe’s record of your subscription carries your acceptance of these terms (version and time) and up to two random device codes; the Privacy page lists everything that is kept, and where.
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the app (Stripe’s secure portal) or by emailing crabtreecollections@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice shown in the app or sent to the email Stripe holds for you; a new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
Access starts immediately: after payment you are returned to the app with your subscription active in that browser. Payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial months, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of subscribing. By subscribing you ask us to start providing the service immediately; if you withdraw within those 14 days you will be refunded the first payment less an amount proportionate to the days of service you received, as the law provides. To withdraw, email crabtreecollections@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with.
A subscription works in up to two browsers (devices) at a time. Each browser holds its own licence, locked to a key that browser made, so a licence copied to another browser does not work. You add a device with the email and the last four digits of the card you paid with; a third device takes the place of the one used least recently, up to twice in any 30 days, after which you can write to us. A subscription is for your personal use or use within your own business; don’t share or resell access. We may end access that is abused.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SlabbyPrep is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, and we are not liable to you for anything arising from your use of it — including grading fees you pay, prices you don’t get, decisions you make, lost profits, or data on your device. If a court finds us liable despite this, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Don’t attack or overload the service, don’t use it to misrepresent a card’s condition to a buyer, and follow the terms of any site you take prices from.

We may update the service or these terms; the date above says when, and if a change materially reduces what you get you may cancel. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Boston, Massachusetts — except that if you are a consumer in the EU or UK you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws, and the courts, of your home country.
