Is 50/50 centering a PSA 10?

Centering ceiling by service for a card whose worst axis measures 50/50 (front; back not considered here). The ceiling is the highest grade whose published centering line the card meets. Corners, edges and surface can hold or lower it, and PSA gives a 5% front leeway for cards that grade PSA 7 or better, so up to 5 points beyond its line may still pass on strong eye appeal. How to measure the ratio.

“~” is the company’s own “approximately”; “under” marks ACE’s lines, which exclude the boundary (“less than” or “greater than” a split), so a card exactly on the figure does not meet them.
